A choice of courses for singers who want to improve their music reading skills.
Practical exercises in rhythm, pitch intervals, melody, parts and scores
that will increase your confidence and have you humming along!
Beginning– 11.00am
You can sing. You have a basic understanding of musical symbols.
Continuing– 10.00am
You have attended a previous course. You are ready to develop your skills in harmony, intonation, ensemble and score reading.
Music Craft (AMEB)–9.00am
A new course for those wanting to develop their theoretical knowledge through the practical skills they have achieved. AMEB Grades 2 - 3 will be the standard aimed at in this course.
Lesley Lewis
Has a long, successful career teaching music at all age levels. She
is also a principal of Adelaide Baroque, Inc. and conducts two community
choirs.
Saturday mornings: 9.00am, 10.00am, 11.00am
on 24/10, 31/10, 7/11, 14/11, 21/11
Total of 5 x 1 hour sessions.
